does anyone knows whether there is a specific time when presidents sign bills that have made it throught both congressional houses? or does the president usually signs them as soon as they passes both houses??
the alernative is that there's a specific time of the year where the president most wait before he signs all bills that have been passed, instead of signing them as they clears the senate and house.
anyone knows??
