New Processing Times out: NY went backward!!!!!

The new processing times were updated on 07 Sept. 2004. NYC which was processing I485 with a priority date of June 03 last month is now processing July 02..I guess last month times was a typo.

Processing times are out only for District Offices and not for Service Centers.
