        Hi Mohan,

I can't get into the link you gave. It says the information is no longer available. I don't have very good luck with that website!! In my previous post today (AGJOBS)Aliba replies and says that even if it passes with Senate votes it still has to go through the HR and there will be problems there. Do you know how long this whole process takes???

I also read somewhere that it is an estimated 500,000 people but didn't see if there was a cap. So are you for or against? Sorry, it's hard to tell from your post.

              Depends on political climate.

              It has been volatile lately.

                Mohan Bhai:

I read the link and wanted to C & P, but can't get to it now.

Referring to deportation, if my memory is corrct, it said "conviction of a felony or 3 misdemeanor charges?

Someone told me an alien can be deported if they have three misdemeanor CHARGES.

Is this true? Even if misdeameanor was thrown out?
