2. What is the State Dept. report on HUman
Rights condition in your country?
3. Do people of YOUR religion/race/creed/political group get persecuted,tortured or killed by your Govmnt., or does your Govmnt. support such acts done by others or stands by idly while such acts are committed?
4. Do you have supporting evidence?
What kind?
5. How long have you been in States?
There are Charities and Churches that provide free legal assitance on Immigration/Asylum matters if you can't afford an Attorney.
And request for Asylum, unlike many other types of Immigration Benefits, is VERY serious, complex matter that demands attention to every single, seemingly insignificant detail.
