I request help from Indian community.
I am on F-1 visa. I dont want to go back to that country as I know it not safe for me.My relatives are realy bad and I want to avoid them. Even one or two days will create problems. I want to get my passport from any country which is willing to host me.Please give your email to emparty@rediffmail.com and make suggestions.

If what you're asking is how to renew your expired passport (while here in the USA as an F student & is maintaining your F1 status, I assume)...then search for the Indian embassy website and this website will be able to give you information on how to renew your expired Indian passport.
