    hi
I would like to know if I should send in with the DS-230 forms.I told my mom and her for some reason she is listening to my step dad that i shouldn't send them in until they ask for them. What should I do?

You don't need to send anything in unless specifically asked for.

          It said in the LETTER

"We urge you to send in the DS-230 form(s) and required civil documentation for each traveling family
member in one package to the National Visa Center (NVC)."

So, send in the civil documentation.

The letters are generic and basically what that's saying is to send it for everybody at the same time. It doesn't necessarily mean send them now. Without knowing exactly what it was for and what part of the process you're at, it's hard to make a judgement.

Generally, you shouldn't send anything until they ask specifically for it, but it doesn't usually hurt. So long as you're aware that it won't speed up the process. They'll either just hang on to it until needed or they'll send an RFE later.
