    Attrition Is The A-Word

Americans do not support mass deportations since they realize that only Gestapo techniques would take mass deportation out of the realm of absurdity. To counter this, anti-immigration groups have been touting an alleged alternative to mass deportation which is allegedly more cost-effective, more realistic, and less invasive: "attrition". The attrition method allegedly involves steadily increasing enforcement so that more and more undocumented aliens will purportedly decide to go back home. In reality, the only difference is in language, the use of the term "attrition" instead of "mass deportation". The Nazi tactics necessary to execute both policies are one and the same. The change in terminology is simply putting the attrition lipstick on the mass deportation pig, and that won't work. Attrition is the real "A-word" in immigration politics (not amnesty).

So, now it's "Gestapo" tactics to enforce the laws against EMPLOYERS? The same laws that the government should have been enforcing for the past 20 years, and didn't?! The same laws that would have to be enforced if the so-called guest worker program was to work--as a "guest worker" program, that is?! Face it guys--you wouldn't want ANY action which limits in any way the open borders we effectively have now. You will never accept any legislation which requires ANY illegal alien to leave. And that is why you won't get any legislation. The measures that are being approved in the Senate are SO extreme that it will be very hard to find a compromise that both the House and the public will accept. Which is very likely the purpose of all this sound and fury--nothing will get done, but everyone gets to say, "we tried".

YES, ALIBA, YES, IT IS THOSE ****STERS AND APE SUPPORTERS WHO REFUSE TO COMPROMISE - NOT US, FAIR ANTI-****STERS !!!

ON THE OTHER HAND, THE PLEAS OF COMPROMISE SEEKING FAIR GUYS, SUCH AS YOU ALIBA AND ME, ARE BEING IGNORED !!!

ALL WE ASK FOR IS THAT EVERY SINGLE ****STERS' LIFE, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS, BE TURNED INTO HELL, ALL WE ASK FOR IS THAT IF YOU GIVE A BREAD TO A STARVING ****STER THEN YOU ARE AN AGGRAVATED ****STER YOURSELF AND MUST ROT IN JAIL FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS, ALL WE ASK FOR IS THAT THESE ****STERHEADS BE FINALLY PULVERIZED !!!!

BUT THOSE EXTREMIST SENATE ****STER BACKERS DON'T ACCEPT ANY KIND OF COMPROMICE AND THAT IS SO SAD, SO SAD THAT I WANT TO CHEW MY KEYBOARD AS I TYPE !!!

And just how do you expect us to "compromise", LieMaster? No enforcement at all (the House bill). Total amnesty for all who are here illegally now? "Guest worker" programs in which the "guest workers" never go home? (I recognize sarcasm when I hear it, LieMaster, even if most of the illegal aliens on this board believe you oppose them.)

That's not compromise. That's giving in.

A reasonable compromise would have been to have border control and enforcement, particularly against employers, FIRST. That's what the Isakson amendment was about--it even left the certification up to DHS, which is a Bush puppet anyway. But no, the Senate voted this down. Instead, they voted for an amendment which let's BUSH himself decide if a "guest worker" program should be initiated in the name of "national security". The FOX guarding the hen house, literally.
