Urgent Pl help -
I have come on H1 on March 20,2006 and my wife is planning to come in May,2006. We are plannign apply for her H1 with I-97.
(1) Can she work immediately after getting approval of H!? or she has to wait till october 1 2006?
(2) Is there any way so that she can start working after approval?
