K-3 visa was withdrawn: Can i change it in H-1B VISA?

HI!! iI need help right now.. can i change my K-3 and K-4 VISA to Working visa? because the petitioner withdrawn the petition while we're here in the US.. what are the possible requirements? I NEDD A GOOD LAWYER!!!!!!!!

What are the circumstances surrounding the withdrawl of the K3/k4 visas? If you can prove to the satisfaction of immigration officials that you entered the marriage validly, then you have a chance to stay with a waiver. I think changing your visa class is a mistake

thanks... my step dad withdrawn it because his health declined and and he says he can't anymore support us.. what is a waiver? and can we adjust status even thou my step dad is not with us?? reply pls................
