Hi. I'm a US citizen who married and am about ready to file for my husband--we've got a list of papers to file I-130, I-693, I-485...
Our questions: do we mail all of these forms together --and WHERE do we file--we live in Alaska and I have read to file with Nebraska but then I read to file with Chicago--??? Which is correct?

yes, you mail all the forms together. To the best of my knowledge, the AOS packet should be mailed to Chicago post-box.
