Case sitting in American Consulate General, how long does it take?

DHS office, American Consulate General in China has received my I-730 petition for my wife for three month. And I faxed my wife's address in Chinese Character one and half month ago after I received the letter from this office, which said they need it to contact my wife. But my wife has not received any notice.
Does anybody know how long it takes?
