An LPR returning to US

I have a question for the senior members of this forum:

Q. If an LPR gets advance parole to remain out side the US for 2 years and he comes back with in the allowed period of time then can he/she get another advance parole for next 2 years?

You must be talking about Reentry Permit, not Advance Parole. In that case yes, you can apply for another one, provided you apply from the US. You'll also need to return expired Reentry Permit with your application.

as Aibolit said + Re-entry Permit may be issued for a period less than 2 years... it depends on how long in total has that person been absent.

I would not recommend that you stay that long outside the US even with a reentry permit.
