HA HA HA this is the "new trick", this guy wants to "play medical assistant". These Hindus are coming out of the woodwork. Anybody been in NY lately? between the Africans, the Hindus and the Dominicas new yorkers are up getting fed up. Enough already!!!

It should not be needed, the Airlines are pretty good dealing with disabled passengers, I know from family experience.

Make sure the Airline knows when booking the ticket what is required.

the person still has to qualify which means he has to prove to the embassy in India that he will return home instead of remain in the US....there is no such thing as some excuse like this to get somebody else a visa...period.

How difficult is it for a thirty year old guy to get a visiting visa to assist/accompany a disabled US citizen back to the US.

Is there any type of medical ground that he can use to claim assistance?
