With Dubai's fast developments, skyscraper city, financial hubs, countless housing projects, new islands, they need people. Like US years ago, it was an undeveloped continent until the immigrants came. What if the Dubai government will invite the Mexicans, Asians and some European countries to come and populate their empty streets, offer jobs, housing, healthcare benefits? Who needs the US?
