I just got a message from my attorney about my finger printing. She says that if 15 months have passed since my last fingerprinting, I will have to do that again for my I485 application which is still pending with NSC. Is this true? Do I have to do the same thing again? Please advise. Tnanks.

Fingerprints are good for 1 year, so yes it is true.

        Hi Harin,
Unfortunately, yes. And when you know the date of the interview, preferably a week before it you will have to do another medical exam (it also expires after 12 months). This is what immigration officer told me giving me letter of appointment for new fingerprints.

        Take care!

          Harin:
You will receive a new appointment for your fingerprints. Regarding your medicals, you will not hav to redo them.
