  • I-130 Family based petition?

Soon My grandaparents who are USC's will be filing for my father. My Grandparents are both retired and don't have steady income due to there retirement. If my Aunts were to be joint sponsorers what paper work would they have to fill out besides the Affidavit forms? Would my grandparents still have to fill the Affidavit of support forms even though they are retired with no income? or would it be jus my aunt who would fill in those forms actinng as joint sponsorer?

Your grand parent who filed the petition for your father has to sign the affidavit too. But he/she can add yout aunt as joint sponsor.
