    Can the consulate officer deny an immigrant petition during the visa interview without leting the beneficiary khows about it either verbally or by written document ???

      I don't quite understand your question. If you are the beneficiary and have an interview, you have the guy right in front of you (hence inter view). Well, how do you think the interview went? Did you get denied? My first one many years ago in Europe was denied, by the Consular Officer. He looked at me and just shook his head. My second one recently was approved and the petition was stamped right in front of me. However, both decisions were followed up with written decisions.
