They are doing November 2004 I-751s, which means they are now processing I-751s that have not yet been mailed in.

This must be obviously a typo, I guess they are working on November 2003 I-751's although it remains hard to believe that they would do 6 months of petitions in two weeks. I checked my mailbox today and did not get anything.
