Waiting time for I-130 at Missouri Service Center

I dont see anything at the USCIS / MSC processing times for a I -130.

Had to do another FBI background check again because of mispelling of wife's first name. Had our Congressman write to ICE and all we get back is a letter stating a case number.

Thousands in dollars in fees we paid to the Government and were still waiting since Febaruary 2006

Should I write to my Senators, and/or stick with the Congressman or sue USCIS?

Having to wait because of a mistake you made on the form ?

Nope - its the government's fault this time.
All the prior paperwork including the working visa had the first name spelled correctly.
