When making an info-pass appointment to speak with the DHS, is there any way to request to speak to someone in particular. Like someone that signed a letter that I have received? Also, is there a way to match up DAO numbers with names of DHS employees?

If anyone could shed light on this, would be helpful and much appreciated.

you will not able to speak with particular person but you will get your answer if you ask to talk to supervisor on your case. keep in mind that Info pass means info on your case. I.E what exist on your case officer will read it and let you know, they are not going to modify anything becasue every thing have time lag attached to it. once its over the time limit then only you will be able to speak to officer who is assigned on your case.

OK, they denied my case. In talking to my lawyer, his first response was that they have ignored some or all of the documentation that was submitted with the case. They are now offering me to file a motion to re-open for reconsideration.

I am stunned! I have to reopen and pay extra fees, because they screwed up. I don't think that is fair. Somehow I think that some of the documentation that was submitted might have gotten lost somewhere in the shoveling back and forth between the different offices.

I need to talk to the man that made that decision.
