First of all HouseMusic, ignore NA (No Brain) because she always does this on here. Apparently her self-confessed brilliance in spotting scam artists never fails...even though she's often wrong.
It looks like you were out of status for a long time before your marriage, I assume because you were bought here by your parents when young. While others like NA might well shout "kick out all illegals", I take the view that in your case it wasn't your fault.
Assuming you are undocumented, yes the USCIS are likely to look at your I-751 application harder and most likely you will get an interview again but in my layperson's opinion (and someone who has been through this process before) there are some plus signs. Your initial interview wasn't a problem and you appear to have quite a lot of evidence proving a shared life together. These are important points.
As for the arrest and fingerprints, if you do not get found guilty of the offense, it shouldn't be a problem. There is no requirement of good moral character for the I-751. You would have to mention the arrest to them but I'd doubt it would be an issue. Just make sure you go with proof of the court outcome to the interview.
Finally remember this. The USCIS see many unhappy divorce cases and often take little or no notice from the USC spouse when a claim of fraud is mentioned without hard evidence to back up that claim, especially if you have plenty of evidence to the contrary.
