    Hi to evryone that can help me or suggest me.I enter USA almost 5 years ago with J-1 visa and my visa expire for 6 monts later and then before expiration i apply for visitor visa and it take almost 1 year to have answer and asking for more documents and then after i sended those documents back and after couple monts i received letter that i need to apply again becouse i miss some information in application and from that time i didnt received non letter from INS in last 4 years and i didnt now how to do that and to write in English, so i thing i make some English mistakes in writing that application becouse i didnt write very well on English .So 5 years i am working and paying taxes and i am afraid if i apply again.Is anyone knows that i will have chance to get green card with the new law that president Bush will inforce.Please if someone can help me to let me know what is better solution for me .I would like to find out who has chance and what the new law included ?

      I fyou had been able to switch to a B2, it would have expired over 4 years ago.

      But you say you have been working, not visiting, anyway.

      You are liable for deportation and a 10 Year Ban.

        There is no new law. There are several being discussed in Congress, but nothing is up for a vote. President Bush's proposal is just that--a proposal, similar to the one he tried out a couple of years ago. Congress may act on it or not, as it sees fit.
