All aliens that have been married less than 2 years at the time they successfully adjust status are required to petition to remove the conditions on their residency 90 days prior to the expiration date on the conditional green card. Applications to remove conditions are filed using USCIS form I751.

It's hard to understand your point, but it has to be 2 years from the day your conditional residency has been approved.Good luck!
