Actually, you are not in as bad of shape as most of these replies state. File the I-751 IMMEDIATELY with all of your evidence of a bona fide marriage and file a request to excuse the late filing and explain why you are filing late - perhaps you misunderstood the requirement but have since been advised and accordingly, are filing as soon as you have learned of it!
