are there any requirements on the amount of time a couple is together and get married in order to file the i130? i am planning on marrying my fiance soon and his visa expires in may... what other requirements are needed when filing? please help!!!

Can file I-130 as soon as you're married. Since he's here in U.S. file I-485 to adjust his status as well. He's immediate relative so green card available immediately. What kind of visa is he here on, since he must have shown non-immigrant intent in some circumstances.
