and you, iperson, are an ignorant t.wat....selling out jobs to anyone who can produce a false diploma resulting in an American losing his/her job is OK with you? Explain that fact to millions of Americans who have been displaced in favor of cheap labor.

Try again. I created a workplace for myself, as an independent freelance designer. I created a job, got it? And I plan to create more jobs for actual Americans, but I'll think twice and first look into hiring minority designers (blacks, latino, women, etc) before hiring a white male racist such as you. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

If you are illegal as you previously claimed, you can't have a business in America. The job you created for yourself is illegal. No papers, no status = no job.

Japanese and Chinese who own BIG businesses in America are not even in America, let alone being American Citizens or legal immigrants.
Immigrant status is irrelevant to business entity.

However, iperson, you can't actually 'work' as a designer. You can definitely hire someone to work in business entity and you can collect dividents if you own the same, but you can't collect wages working for it.

No, you uneducated fool , anyone can own business entity in America, regardless of status.
And business entity can hire whomever it wants to, as long as employees are qualified and authorised to work.
