There's no restriction on when you can get a divorce. You could get a divorce before you have a green card. USCIS doesn't give a hoot about your marital status and when you divorce. It's outside their jurisdiction.

That's sort of like asking when you can have a baby. USCIS doesn't dictate when you can give birth in the same way they don't dictate when you can divorce.

Of course, a divorce can affect immigration status but that is a separate issue.

However, divorcing at this point will delay eligibility for Naturalization for another 2 years.
