please tell me all you know about the I-29 L (interacompanytransfers)

I went to processing times on this site and found a form I-29 L (intracompany transfers) I am wondering weither I would qualify for this if I am only a waitress. (the restaurant I work for encourages transfers and they have restaurants world wide) I however am looking for the US (to transfer to)

L visas are for managers OR sometimes people with special skills that are not available in the U.S. Waitressing doesn't fall into that.
