Use of AP and I-94

Hi,

When a person uses his Advance Parole (AP) to enter, their I-94 is marked as 'Pending AOS' and issued till the expiry of AP.

Though the person paroled in still remain in legal status, his I-94 may be expired within a time frame. What needs to be done to keep the original I-94 current in such situations?

Hi Retro,

One way may be to travel abroad before I-94 expires to get the
new one with the extended validity. At least this is what I've
done in the past. Of course, to be able to travel I had to wait
for the new AP documents once the old ones expired.
