    Dear Cyberposters:

    Please do not think that I am not aware of your posts. However, if I do not respond to your post, it is because I am ignoring you.

    Be nice and I might let you out.

    P.S. In order for you to "be nice" you would have to call me and talk to me -- nicely, or send me an e-mail identifying who you are. My contact information is at http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com.

    It's your choice: be nice or stay in the iggy bin.

    Tata!

    Dear Cyberposters:

    Below please find part of an post uploaded by a cyberbully named "Unique."

    Unique's statement: [B][I]"Could you please tell us..."

    My statement: Who is "us?" Doesn't "Unique" have the guts, courage, *****, nerves to ask for himself, and not with group of cyberbullies? Or is "Unique" afraid to face me on his own? Additionally, Unique has access to my contact information. It's available at the website http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com for all to see. Why doesn't Unique and the rest of his cyberstalking crew contact me by telephone.

    Worthless, stinking, cowards. Neither Unique nor the rest of those individuals to whom he/she refers to as "us has the guts to face me -- not even on the telephone. Cowardly defamation-mongerers and buffoons are the same thing -- at least to me.

    Unique's statement: "What originally attracted you to this buffoon?

    My statement: Seems like thoughout my life, I have attracted a number of buffoons. Based on Unique's lack of class, crassness, and desire engage in inflammatory speech under the protection of a "cybermask", Unique seems as good a buffoon as any I've ever attracted.

    Unique's statement: Let's face the facts, you liked him enough to get naked and fornicate.

    My statement: No different than Unique's mother and father and vast majority of the world who were not conceived in Petrie dishes. If you are here, that means your mother and father go naked to make you. So??? What is Unique's point? That statement seems buffoonish -- which is not strange for a buffoon.

    Unique's statement: "You also hung around long enough for him to become a USC.""

    My statement: No I did not. My husband left me right after I sponsored him. By the time he applied for U.S. citizenship, he was married to me and Iriagbonse Irowa at the same time. All that information is at the website http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com for all the world to see. Why be a buffoon and make slanderous statements when the truth is there for you to investigate? Even more, why make slanderous statement when I have invited interested individuals to come to court to see the truth for themselves? Doesn't Unique's behavior see buffoonish?

    Unique's statement: [B]"He seems to have gotten everything he wanted from you."[/E]

    My response: The operative word is "seems." While it "seems" he got everything, in the end, lost everything. By the time the American justice system is finished with him, the following will have happened:

    1) He will have lost the ability to ever be a politician in Nigeria (Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chapter V, The Legislature, Part III, Subsection C, Paragraph 66(1)(c);

    2) He will owe thousands of dollars in child and spousal support;

    3) He will have lost the respect of many Nigerians (http://www.huhuonline.com);

    4) He will have lost the trust of the American government;

    5) He will have lost the trust of the government of the United Kingdom (since I complained to them too; see http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere...mitment.html);

    6) His children in Nigeria will know that he is nothing but a common criminal (as of now they already know);

    7) Unless he pays child and spousal he will not be able to travel to any other country in Western Europe -- including the United Kingdom;

    8) If he returns to the United States without paying child and spousal support he will be jailed;

    9) His U.S. passport will be restricted such that he will only be allowed to use it to return to the United States;

    10) He may face dennaturalization and deportation.

    Unique's statement: "Seems like you were okay with everything until he left."

    My response: He left the day we married. He came back a week later and took me to see Allen E. Kaye, his immigration attorney. After I signed the I-130, he left me for good, but told me and my parents he was going to Nigeria and would come back to get me. He did not just lie to me. He lied to my parents too. What point is Unique trying to make with his last buffoonish statement?

    Unique's statement: <pre class="ip-ubbcode-code-pre">
    Code:
    "Do you still love him"</pre>
    Do you still love him????

    My response: While that question is the epitome of buffoonery, I will answer by asking the same question: If a person were to do to anyone of you what my husband did to me, would you still love that person?

    Unique's statement: "About you: in a way, I sincerely like you.

    My response: Unique does not like me. He is scared schitless. The fact is, Unique, like the rest of those individuals in my iggy bin, doesn't have the guts to call me. Unique does not like me. He is afraid of me. My quess is that Unique is a Nigerian male incapable of having a relationship with a woman unless the woman acts subservient. My guess is that Unique is afraid of a whole lot of black American women.

    Unique's statement: "You have a tonne of "Chutzpah" and are capable of almost anything".

    My response: I do not have a "tone" of chutzpah. I have chutzpah. Period. Even in New York State Supreme Court and Federal Court, I am taken very seriously. Do you know why? I am not afraid of going to jail for my convictions. With regard to the situation with my husband, I have been to jail several times. With the federal magistrate handling my case in July 15, 2008, I told him that unless I got justice regarding my husband, he would have to arrest me everyday, forever. Yes, unlike those cyberstalking buffoons who defy me behind the relative anonymity of their cybermasks but are too spineless to defy me face-to-face, I have chutzpah.

    Unique's statement: "You do realize (I hope) that if you put as mush energy into any other endeavor as you have into "getting even" you'd be rich beyond belief. I doubt Opera has as much passion for her thing, as you do for yours."

    My response: Unique can place all the buffoonish hope into condemning what he describes as "getting even." The fact is, there is nothing that he/she, or any other buffoon can do to stop it. If you don't want an American citizen to report you to the American authorities, don't violate American law. If you are a crook in your country, don't come to the United States. If you do, and you run into a black American like me, you will get your behind thoroughly kicked.

    You want to violate the law??? Stay in your country and do it. Don't come to America. We don't want lawbreakers here.

    My advice: "Change channels, find something more positive to put your heart and soul into. Don't let this buffoon rob you of what time you have left on this earth. Use your great talent for something more noble and positive"

    My response: If the person you call a "buffoon" is my husband, he can no longer rob me of anything else. Within the next few months, I should be on my way to collecting a good bit of the money that is due me and my daughter. Additionally, I am using my talent for something noble -- the true administration of justice.

    In the meantime, it's back to the iggy bin for Unique!

    This is where your argument fails.

    In order for a foreign spouse to live in this country LEGALLY, they MUST become a legal permanent resident. This means sponsorship, green-card, the works.

    Otherwise, in order for a family to live together they will have to move to the foreign country. Let me tell you I speak from experience that this is not always ideal. New Zealand refused to recognize my military qualifications and we ended up really, really broke.

    No matter how you try to spin this, Cheryl - you're trying to take out your frustrations on every foreigner that has the audacity to marry a US Citizen. And frankly, it's gotten a little dull.

    Dear Cyberposters:

    I read with humor the various e-mails regarding those...geniuses who dared believe that I stated or implied that people American should not MARRY green-card-challenged foreigners. Those of you who are foolish enough to believe that nonsense should have your heads examined.

    1) I neither said nor implied that people should not be free to marry whom they wish to marry, so stop being so stupid.

    2) Let me state this so that those of you who are intellectually challenged can understand: I did not say don't marry them -- I said DON'T SPONSOR THEM!!! If an American citizen wishes to marry a green-card-challenged, no-money-having, impossible-to-trace-background-having foreigner, I say more power to him/her. However, if the temptation of marrying an American citizen for a green card is removed, those marriages that do occur will be based on something other than convenience.

    3) If you had a great deal of money, and you met a person who showed all of signs that he/she was in love with you, but the person is flat broke, would you want to engage in a relationship with this person? Before you answer, remember that when you sponsor a green-card-challenged foreigner through marriage, you are financially responsible for that foreigner for the next 10 years -- even if that person divorces you. This essentially means that once the green-card-challenged foreigner has married you, he/she obtains a green card AND has unfettered access to your wallet for the next 10 years.

    Marrying and illegal alien without sponsoring them is no different than hiring an illegal alien and not sponsoring them. Many claim that they have something of value to offer to the United States. Let them offer what they have in exchange for a green card. Let them work illegal and pay to go to college and gain permanent residence through employment. Let them come to the United States with a lot of money and obtain a business visa. But abolish green card sponsorship through marriage.

    Let me reiterate: I did not say not to marry a green-card-challenged foreigner. I said DON'T SPONSOR HIM/HER. Let them get the green card themselves.

    How many foreigners, once their obtain permanent residence in the United States, marry American citizens with no money and legal problems? Let me give you an approximate answer: ZERO!

    MARRY THEM ALL YOU WANT...JUST DON'T SPONSOR THEM! LET THEM GET THE GREEN CARD THEMSELVES!

    DO YOU GET IT NOW???

    I agree, how dare JC (and if I may add, my hubby as well) exercise their constitutional rights to seek life, liberty and happiness by marrying whom they want? Don't they realize that they should marry only US citizens and be patriotic? This is injustice!

    Yes. How stupid of the USA not to become a bigoted and facist nation and seek to continue the pure American bloodline by insisting that her citizens only marry other citizens.

    Dodger,
    A word of warning. The OP has filed two lawsuits in Federal Court which have been dismissed. She has no substantial proof and the person she is accusing of a a millionaire who lives in Nigeria. She claims he used an alleged name while in the states but offers no connection to the two names. Her site is nothing more than a empty allegations.

    Oh by the way, she keeps changing her story everytime another member confronts her.

    Dear Dodger5:

    Thank you for your words of encouragement.

    The judge does not have to send him back. He is already there. If he comes back to the United States, he may be arrested for various crimes.

    Thus far I have filed complaints against my husband with the following agencies:

    1) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service;

    2) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement;

    3) New York State Attorney General's Office;

    4) U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families;

    5) U.S. Department of State

    6) U.S. Internet Crime Complaint Center;

    7) U.S. Internal Revenue Service.

    Since my allegations regarding Senator Uzamere's crimes of identity fraud, marriage-for-green-card fraud, non-payment of child support, bigamy, and other crimes are well-documented, it would be foolhardy for him to return to the United States.

    My husband is in so much trouble even his immigration and divorce attorneys are not talking.

    If I ever get any money out of this situation, one of the things I plan to do is to start not-for-profit organization that helps victims of immigration scams go after the immigrants and the attorneys who continue to form tag teams that **** innocent Americans around. I will also finance a movement to end the American government's dumbest and most dangerous legal invention -- green-card-marriage sponsorship.

    My husband and his immigration attorney Allen Kaye did not know what can of worms they opened up when they met me. Unwittingly, they created a monster...

  • Financial Support Trial: Cheryl Uzamere vs. the former Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere

    Dear Cyberposters:

    I have not received any e-mails from my small but growing objective-minded audience within the the past few days. Of course, unless I remove those rapacious, defamation-mongering, cowardly, cybermasked cyberbullies from the bottomlessness that is my "iggy bin", I will never hear from them again. Good riddance. I have no respect for cowards or defamatory gossip-mongerers.

    There are certain reasons why I started this post:

    1) It is a continuation of my very first post regarding the crimes of the former Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere. I wish to keep interested and objective readers abreast of the developments in an attempt to teach what green-card-marriage-scam victims can do to defend themselves (Will Senator Uzamere Evade Petition for Child Support?);

    2) I hate being referred to as a liar. It is both my own personal desire and an attempt to avoid being sued for defamation of character by my husband.

    3) Lastly, it is my own personal desire to ensure that the public knows that incident is not a figment of my imagination. This is very real.

    The contact information for the court day for the trial between me and my husband is as follows:

    Date/Time: July 25, 2008 at 9:00 AM
    Purpose: First Appearance and Return of Process
    Part: 28
    Floor/Room: Floor 5/Room 5036
    Presiding: R. Richard Spegele, Support Magistrate
    Location: 330 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11209

    My mother, a very wise Southern woman used to say: "the proof of the pudding is in the eating." Well, folks, for those of you whose curiosity, objectivity and sense of justice have stirred you to want proof of my allegations, the court date is stated above. Please do not allow individuals like the one now trapped in my iggy bin to pursuade you to believe that "I can't sue." They are cowardly cyberbullies whose only "strength" lies is their ability to hide behind their screen names.

    The travails that my family suffered as a result of former Senator Ehigie Uzamere are almost over. Even if my daughter and I do not receive any money (which is a great possibility), I can still walk proud knowing that I was able to expose my husband's crimes and bring to light a serious national security issue with which the U.S. government has refused to openly acknowledge -- that the green card sponsorship through marriage is too dangerous a provision to continue without reforms that benefit sponsoring American spouses specifically, and the public in general.

    For those of you who understand and agree, welcome to a world of justice, truth and social/political enlightment. For the rest of you choose to be close-minded, dishonest and determined to either me or my messages in a bad light, welcome to my iggy bin! You won't be leaving any time soon!
