But if they entered illegally,,.... then how will we know or not know if they in fact did have a criminal history????

This is the whole point behind undocumented crossings. No health checks. They could have communicable diseases to spread. hiv to spread. No criminal background checks. USA has no tangible information on these people. So this is why some people do in fact care.

How could anybody know who was criminal and who was not unless they borrowed Hudson's crystal ball? Gut feelings will not qualify. only hardcore facts will suffice.


Both these posters do dislike each other but give very informative threads that balance out point of views on illegal immigration. I just wish they could quickly work it out between themselves so that the forum doesnt suffer. And have all the ethnic name calling and references end too from everybody. It is like a contageous cancer. it is spreading as more and more members are catching it.

Rayban I hope you will stay with us on ILW. It was a great forum at one time, and still can be again.

AMEN to that !! My mailbox was FULL and I couldn't receive any more messages because of these back-and-forth POSTS! I just deleted more than 50 'nonsense' items which came to my regular mail box (not the spam box) and I'm sure there are more.

Sad to say that it IS true ...everybody has their OWN ideas and opinions (and we ALL know about those...) and have the need to post them. To each his own, but I believe MANY of those recent posts are uncalled for and unnecessary.
