Expiring I-551 Stamp on the passport...

    OK sure, I will provide feedback as soon as I am done with this, but it will be next year most likely.

    Mohan proved he was correct in the past about the small stuff like this I had sweated so I am giving him credit.

    Well, I won't be lieaving the country. Like I said, the stamp is not necessary because I am not leaving the country and I wil be in the military.

    My only concern was to have a valid stamp at all times so while applying for citizenship next year, they would not give me hard time about not following up on things and not renewing the stamp. That is all.

    Most likely I will let it expire and I will go to a local office after (5 to 6 months after) and explain my situation and have my address change. While applying for citizenship you need to put proof of residency in the application, and obviously not an expired stamp.
