I-907 Premium Processing for I-140 ?

Hi,
Does anyone know if we can file I-907 (premium processing) together with I-140 now? The last memo from USCIS states that Premium Processing was suspended from 07/02/07 until 08/01/07 but there is no further information available now.

USCIS has not started the premium processing for I-140 yet. I do not know whether they will do this in near future as well.
