My wife and I filed her I-130 & I-485 concurrently in Jan, 'o4. Why does the ATL. processing times posting on the USCIS website not show times for the I-130's? Do they flow through with each other? Will we get info about the I-130 separate from the I-485? Can someone please clue me in on how this process works when filing these to aps together?

When you file I-130 and I-485 concurrently, you should check the timeline according to the I-485 since the petition for a relative (I-130) and the AOS package (I-485) are linked from the time of filling.Comment
