I 130 granted

Well, not sure exactly, sometime around the end of August early November... but a more important question now is that I recieved a Rejection Notice in the mail today for the I129F because my Lawyer sent it to the wrong place I guess... it says "This office does not have jurisdiction to accept the application/petition you submitted..." It seems that if my lawyer really know what they were doing they would have never sent it to the wrong place. Is this grounds for searching for a new lawyer, and what happens now?

Okay, just saw online that my spouse's I130 has been approved what happens now? Already sent the I129F, so... now? Anyone that can shed some light-- much appreciation.
