I-485 filing under Employment 2nd preference

My wife just got a DOL PERM approval (ETA Form 9089). She has a Master's Degree in Accounting, but her position has a minimal education requirement of Bachelor's degree.

1) Can my wife qualify under the Employment Based Second Preference EB2?

2) I understand priority dates are now current for EB2, so can my wife file I-485 along with I-140 right away?

3) Can I-485 be filed prior to receiving an I-140 pending status notice?
