  • What does this mean"Section 222(f) of the Immigration

    and Nationality Act (Title 8 USC Section I202 (f) and is therefore also exempt from disclosure under subsection (b)(3) of the Freedom of Information Act. My friend petition her fiance and it was denied. Thats all. She then got this letter saying all of this????

      There has to be more. That's not a complete sentence.

      Section 222(f) of the INA just states that certain DOS and consular documents are confidential and don't have to be produced, even under FOIA.

          It means you are not going to be able to find out the details of a visa denial, like it or not...(and no, your senator won't find out either)...sounds like some douchebag is unhappy because his/her bogus relationship was uncovered....too bad.
