file one or two I485????

I am filing I485 for my sister and my brother in law due to their priority day is current now(4th Preference). Should I file one I485 form or file two set of I485 for each of them??? Also should I pay 1010+1000(I485A) or pay for two of them 2020+2000..WOW?? Please help...

You file for your sister and her husband is included on that application if he wants to come with her. One fee and one 485.

One Form I-130 petition for alien relative that would include all qualifying dependents. But one Form I-485 for adjustment of status of EACH alien (principal beneficiary and all dependents alike). Granting that they're all on US soil during this process.

Clearly one of Fed86's common screw-ups once again.

Thank You! and I read I485 instruction again says: "If the spouse or child is in the US, the individual derivatives may file their Form I485 for the principal applicant, or file Form I485 at anytime after the principal is apprived." then should be 2 form and 2 fee.
