  • FAMILY BASED PETITION . AM I TROUBLE?

I ENTERED THE COUNTRY LEGALY IN 1996,GOT MERRIED TO USC IN 2001,MY WIFE IS GOING TO FILE A PETITION FOR ME THIS YEAR, SHE GOT FIRED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, BUT IN THE PAST 5 YEARS SHE MADE 20000 A YEAR, SHE ALSO HAS A CHILD. MY QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPEND IF SHE DON'T GET A JOB ANY TIME SOON, IS SHE GOING TO ABLE TO FILE THE PETITION FOR ME OR WHAT CAN I DO?
