Why are you asking this? Why wouldn't you file close to where you live? Sounds like a sham in the making if you're already asking these questions.

Predictions, predictions, predictions....not good. Anyway, to answer your question, i have BOTH options, i could live in NYC but we also have the opportunitiy to live in BOston, lucky, aren't we? SO the question was only becuase we've heard that there could be enormous differences.

Okay - I don't know the correct answer, but would suspect New York would have longer wait times. Not sure - maybe Houston will read your post and be able to help.

i guess he or she was saying where to live, and will fall under that jurisdiction. Of course because of teh direct mail program, most of the family based adjustment go to the lockbox in chicago.

I would go with Boston (heard better experiences than NYC)
