                    Sorry for asking you so many questions.

                    Here are your answers:

                    Under 3rd category (married child of USC) , the cut-off date is 22, JUL, 98.
                    Meaning USCIS is currently processing applications filed prior to July, 22, 1998.
                    If your mom filed your I-130 last year, it will take years before your priority date becomes current.

                    No employer can sponsor you at this time, or to be precise: they can sponsor you but you can't get your status adjusted because you are out of status (since 2004?).

                    If you were present here prior to December 2000 and if your sister had submitted I-130 for you before April 2001, you would then be grandfathered under 245 (i) and be eligible for adjustment of status under any category.
