is it a curse to have a refugee status in usa?

my mum has a this status in the USA,but every time I try to apply for a non immigrant visa I get denied that my ties are in USA ,Am a potential immigrant,for how long am I going to be judged because of what happend to my parents.am 25 years now.what else can I do? someone advise me?

As long as you have close relatives in the U.S. you will have an extra hard time proving your ties to your homeland and your intent to return there. The State Department supposes that all visa applicants are intending immigrants and it's up to you to disprove it. So, build a lot of strong ties in your homeland (family, job, finances, and such).
