I've already posted my question about the late amnesty, and one of you thankfully- answered. But im still wondering why aren't all these illegal people hesitant to do this, do they think they can get away with it once the interview is due, or getting all the temporary papers in a month that's what make them do it and worry later? Because i don't think there's is a way they can talk themselves out of this, unless they have solid proof, right? Why are people charging hundreds of dollars for it and make people beleive that this is something that's going to make their years of illegal problems go away? I'm just really curious. dont' mind me if u find it too naive to even answer, but thanks anyway.

Someone must have applied for 82-Amnesty and wrongfully denied, to qualify for LATE amnesty.

Of course it takes the EVIDENCE to prove that one has applied and wrongfully denied in past.

So basically, this is an opportunity for someone that has been denied in the past right??? and the person should be able to prove that he or she'sbeen denied before and that's what this late amnesty is about. And also you wouldn't reccomend to justanyone who wnats to get the papers. Could you answer please. thanks in advance.
