Does anyone know roughly how long the wait is for a work permit right now?

I have received my approval notice via email (approval notice sent) yesterday. I handed it in on January 11 (receipt day). Mine is in conjunction with an I-485.

Wait a minute here - ntfd3 is not telling me to go and get a job. ntfd3 knows the situation.
And as far as the land of opportunities, that's right - but what if you do not want to be in business for yourself? Are you still a looser -I guess according to your statement, yes.
In order to make it capitalism, you have to have something to offer that other people want (that can be an employer or your own clients) doesn't matter if you are in business for yourself or not.
