It's scary, anymore advise?

Thanks for the advise.I have a "protection from abuse" order. If he comes near me, he will be arrested. He continues to threaten, I better help with legal permanent resident status. He changed his address, so he will receive scheduled marriage interview letter. Are his charges deportable? Is it possible, INS overlooked his criminal record in 2001. I called ICE In Philadelphia said they will call back. Is there anyone from Philadelphia on board with similiar experience? Please contact
