Does the court have jurisdiciton to hear a Bond Redetrmination while a respondent is in Marshall Custody. Reason I ask, is cause we were denied a hearing, but its funny, cause deportation officers have gone in to the facilities to redetermine the Bond, or sign a Stipulated Removal while an Individual is in Marshall Custody.
