My employer received a 45 days notice which was completed and returned. Can anyone provide any information regarding this process and also the time duration since I believe it was sent to the Philadelphia Backlog Center? Thanks.

Although I cannot help you as I don't even have the 45-day letter yet, but I was hoping you can tell me when your labor cert application was filed, so that I can get an idea on the date the Philadelphia center is working on. The labor certification was filed in Philadelphia in August 04 as a RIR.Comment
