    The labor certification was filed in Philadelphia in August 04 as a RIR.

    Although I cannot help you as I don't even have the 45-day letter yet, but I was hoping you can tell me when your labor cert application was filed, so that I can get an idea on the date the Philadelphia center is working on. In which state did you initially file? Let us know when you hear back. Good Luck!

    My employer received a 45 days notice which was completed and returned. Can anyone provide any information regarding this process and also the time duration since I believe it was sent to the Philadelphia Backlog Center? Thanks.
