roughly 7-9 months...

Hi goodgam,

Would this be for a CSS/Lulac case or just a normal I-130 application?
Also, if I remember correctly, the CSS settlement states that the CIS must adjucate these cases within a 12 month period.

One must wonder...

This is for LULAC only. No trust me, it will take that long. Anyhew, wishing you the best of luck. Have you done your medicals? You will need a doctor from their choosing or listings.

No, I have not done the medicals since I haven't been asked for them.

I've been following some other forums and it looks like the CIS is moving along since a bunch of people started to get their biometric appointments.
