Why shouldn't Timmy, or any man, take precautions? Maybe she isn't a fraud; or maybe she is. Only time will tell.

If there are ways Timmy can protect and defend himself against possible fraud, why are you against him doing so?

hey timmy, just a piece of advise, i know money is a big issue right now in paying a lawyer,or shop around for a cheap one but it is worth it, my friend move a few blocks away from their old apt. and the mailman did not forward the letter from the immigration, luckily they sent a copy of it to their lawyer, or they could have missed something important. if you do it yourself, make sure you have confirmation in the mail that it was delivered.

I feel really confident in the package we sent in, and I feel it was thorough and complete and without deficiencies.

The only thing I have second thoughts about was that I wrote my wife's A# in the upper right hand corner of EVERYTHING that didn't have her A# on it - including page 2 of the I-751 form - I wrote her A# on ALL evidence...this should be a + and not a -, RIGHT?!

I keep getting updates from this site and could not help but note the hell this guy is going through to get his immigrant wife's I-175 approved. I sure hope he doesn't have a wide like I had...mine ripped my life apart 23 days after getting the conditions of her temporary green card removed. Her and her son are now living in Dana Ppoint with son old rich guy having a ball. Immigrant Wives are Gold Diggers .... that's my experiencwe but good luck.

                    Maj Karma,

You're right, YOUR immigrant wife is a gold digger.

I doubt I can say the same for my friends Aroha and Sprintie (and JC can vouch for Aroha as well.)
